Ambulance

On the way home from the playground, we stopped by the neighborhood tree lighting while they were setting it up. It was still light out and Santa was already there but John wasn't interested--there was an ambulance with it's lights flashing and when offered an invitation to see inside he hopped right in!

I didn't mean to not post for so long. Time gets away from me!
Here's a little catching up.John is now 2! We had a little family celebration with cake and ice-cream. I think everyone had a great time.
John is really starting to talk. It is so funny trying to decipher some of his phrases.  He is learning his colors and numbers. He doesn't care too much for one or two--much prefers "fre, forw, five and six! I can also see him being much more social with other kids and really interacting with them a lot more.

A belated 22 months

John and I went to Latta park to try out their spraygroung. At first John wanted nothing to do with the water-but then when he saw all the little kids having fun-he couldn't resist! I have a couple of videos to post-hopefully later today-right now blogger won't load them :(

John's new favorite activity-Grandma got a little tea set that John just loves to play with; pouring water into cups and even drinking a little of his "tea".
